We're looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Sales Associate to join our team in a flexible, fast-moving role. You'll manage inbound leads, low-value or non-focus deals, one-off opportunities, and provide light support to the VP of Sales through reporting and process maintenance. You’ll also be the point of contact for small or non-priority channel partners.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to inbound leads via form, email, or chat
- Qualify opportunities and own simple or low-value deals and route larger or strategic inquiries to the appropriate teams
- Serve as a responsive point of contact for small, non-core channel partners
- Handle ad hoc admin (basic requests, documentation, internal routing as well as e.g., pricing, quote requests etc.)
- Support the VP of Sales with reports, CRM exports, data quality, and process updates
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or operations
- Organized, responsive, and able to juggle multiple small workflows without losing track
- Strong written communication and professionalism
- Comfortable in CRM tools, spreadsheets, and light reporting
- Curious, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
