Join our awesome team and help bring amazing game projects to life!

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Producer to strengthen our Production Team and take ownership of the day-to-day running of a game project.

You’ll work closely with project and discipline leads to keep development on track: aligning priorities, managing scope and risks, and making sure the team can focus on delivering the right things at the right time. This is a hands-on role for someone with practical experience in game development, who can spot issues early and address them in a calm, structured way.

What You’ll Do

  • Take ownership of your projects, including internal teams, priorities, and key milestones
  • Use tracking tools to forecast sprints and milestone completion
  • Create and manage execution plans by translating product specs into design and technical tasks
  • Lead and organize daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Facilitate clear communication and information flow between teams
  • Identify process gaps, resolve issues, and work proactively to prevent future blockers
  • Ensure the game or feature is fun and playable for the target audience
  • Regularly report progress and updates to our client game studios
  • Own and maintain risk registers
  • Actively identify scope creep and production bottlenecks
  • Propose mitigation strategies, not just report problems

What We’re Looking For

  • A genuine passion for games and the gaming industry
  • Previous experience in GameDev Production is a must
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with a proactive mindset
  • Solid project management abilities – a people-first approach, time management, and task prioritization
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • English proficiency (B2 minimum) – for clear communication with our clients. Czech is not required

What You’ll Get

  • A role tailored to your experience and skillset – whether you’re junior or senior
  • Ongoing support and mentorship from the Production Team
  • Opportunities to learn deeply about game development
  • The chance to work on projects you’re excited about
  • A chill, no-assholes company culture
  • Work alongside some of the legends of the Czech gaming industry
  • Flexible hours and hybrid work options – aside from a few mandatory meetings, you manage your time
  • Unlimited vacation policy – we trust you to take time off as needed

Location

Prague, Brno or Bratislava (with hybrid office/home options)

If you’re excited about games, team collaboration, and making awesome things happen, we’d love to hear from you!
