Your Responsibilities
- End-to-End Development: Develop, deploy, and operate complex AI use-cases, leveraging modern engineering tools to optimize and accelerate the development lifecycle.
- Architectural Design: Design robust, scalable, and future-proof architectures, with a specialized focus on designing and orchestrating multi-agent systems.
- Evaluation & Security: Implement rigorous evaluation pipelines (e.g., LLM-as-a-judge, retrieval metrics) and enterprise-grade security guardrails (handling PII, preventing prompt injection).
- Continuous Innovation: Proactively innovate your technical journey by exploring new methods, algorithms, and approaches in the fast-moving AI space.
- Value Delivery: Drive value-focused and highly effective delivery across the business.
- Knowledge Building: Actively contribute to our centralized knowledge platform and participate in community sharing initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Platform, Data, and DevOps Engineers to ensure seamless deployment and resilient infrastructure.
- Ambassadorship: Act as a bridge between technical developers, end-users, and business stakeholders.
Your Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Production Experience: 4+ years of software engineering or machine learning experience, with at least 2+ years specifically dedicated to building and deploying AI/LLM systems in production environments.
- Agents Domain: Deep proficiency in agentic architectures, memory management, tool-calling, multi-agent orchestration, and operating agents reliably in production.
- Development Stack: Strong hands-on experience with relevant development frameworks (e.g., agent orchestration libraries, retrieval-augmented generation frameworks) and specialized tooling (e.g., LLMOps platforms, vector databases, prompt management systems).
- AI-Assisted Engineering: Proficiency in leveraging AI engineering tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity) to co-deliver use-cases. You must know how to efficiently co-work with these tools to enhance productivity and code quality, rather than relying on purely "vibe-coding."
- Data Engineering Basics: Solid understanding of data pipelines, unstructured data parsing, and ETL processes required to feed context to LLMs.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (including GCP and hybrid environments) and containerization (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- Programming: Strong Python programming skills with a strict emphasis on clean, modular, and maintainable code.
- DevOps & GitOps: Proficiency in modern deployment and CI/CD practices using tools like Git, GitLab CI, Prefect, and ArgoCD.
- Soft Skills: Excellent team, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Drive: Self-motivated, continuous learner with a passion for technological innovations.
- Language: Proficient in English (written and verbal).
