What is going to be a part of your workload?
- Supporting our Portuguese-speaking customers via e-mail and calls.
- Creating, editing, tracking, and being responsible for customers' orders.
- Taking care of the administrative agenda of customers' orders, including payments, replacements, and communication with suppliers and the warehouse.
- Presenting information about the products we offer based on customers' preferences.
- Cooperating with the Marketing department on translations and reviews.
What do you need?
- Proficient knowledge of Portuguese, both written and spoken.
- High empathy and a professional attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for personal development.
